Combined course for scissor lifts and aerial work platforms
A combined course for scissor lifts and aerial work platforms has been developed in response to the needs and requests of our customers. Parts of the cursus for both types are very similar, and our adapted and well-equipped training center allows us to run these courses simultaneously.
Just like the single courses, the combined course takes only 1 day! This allows our students to get two different qualifications in a very short time-span.
At Bonapi training center, you will gain both theoretical as well as practical knowledge of both types of lifts. Our courses are known for their relaxed atmosphere with qualified instructors.
The course price for scissor lifts includes:
- training
- learning materials
- certificate
- hot meals, beverages, snacks
- friendly atmosphere with an experienced instructor
- Activities of the platform operator before, during and after work.
- Types of communication.
- Effective working techniques.
- How to use the machine safely.
- Safety standards.
- Definition and arrangement options of working platforms.
- Types of machinery: scissors, telescopic, articulated, mobile, free-moving.
The scissor lift training takes 1 day and is divided into 4 segments:
- Theoretical part
- Theoretical examination
- Practical part
- Practical exam
Each trainee must be at least 18 years old and have a valid identity document (identity card or passport).
Note: A driving licence is not a valid identity document.
Each course participant must have their own safety shoes.
We provide training on the aerial work platforms in the following languages:

For the convenience of our trainees, the Bonapi Training Center has prepared teaching facilities with well equipped lecture rooms, a practical training area and a large hall.
Certificate for scissor lifts
Certificates obtained after the exam are valid for 5 years (the same as those obtained after two one-day courses). You must be at least 18 years old to apply. Successful completion of the exam entitles you to be an authorised operator, a so-called Hoogwerker.
