Do I need a licence for telehandlers?Despite the fact that there is no legal regulation, it is in fact necessary to have a licence to operate telescopic handlers in order to work as an operator. This is enforced by internal company regulations but also by insurance company requirements. In addition, the very awareness and attention to safety induces employers to work with people who can operate these machines safely. The certainty of such skills is only provided by a valid certificate with which the employee can identify himself.
