VIL VCU course in the Netherlands
The VIL VCU course is designed for those who send workers to high-risk jobs.
The course contains all the issues discussed in the VOL VCA course, however, it is supplemented with the legislation and responsibility of the employment agency, the relationship between the client – the employment agency and the temporary worker, the history of the VCA, labor law, i.e. the obligations of the employer, the employee and the labor storm.
The VIL VCU course in Bonapi lasts 2 days and ends with an exam.
The VIL VCU exam is conducted in Dutch in the form of a computer-based test.
Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive a diploma confirming your skills and a card.
You will also be added to the Central Register of VCA Diplomas. You will receive your diploma by mail within 7 days, and you can also pick it up at our center.

The course with the VIL VCU exam lasts 2 days and includes only theoretical classes.
16 hours of theoretical instruction
75-minute exam
Each trainee must be at least 18 years old and have a valid identity document (identity card or passport).
Note: A driving licence is not a valid identity document.
Knowledge of Dutch at level B is required.
The VIL VCU course is conducted in Dutch and English only.
The examination is conducted in Dutch.

For the convenience of our trainees, the Bonapi Training Center has prepared teaching facilities with five equipped lecture rooms, a practical training area and a large hall.
What is the VIL VCU certificate
The VIL VCU certificate is for owners and managers of employment agencies. It is required when posting employees to VCA-certified companies.
The VIL VCU Certificate is proof that the rules of management, posting and supervision of workers comply with the applicable Labor Law.
