Why First Aid? 
 
First aid is extremely important in everyday life, but also in the 
workplace. 
Therefore, it is very important to be able to provide the victim with 
first aid until professional help is called. 
There is a big difference between regenerative trauma and 
permanent trauma or, in the worst case, between life and death. 
Thanks to the Bonapi course, you can be sure that you will gain the 
knowledge you need to help when it is necessary. Our instructor 
has 11 years of experience and knowledge in the field of First Aid 
and Military First Aid (currently tactical field care). The expertise 
also covers almost all the aspects listed below that will be 
discussed. 
 
After successfully passing the exam, you will receive a certificate 
and an EHBO (first aid) card and an entry in the red cross register, 
which is required in the Netherlands for such a certificate to be 
valid!

Training time: 
6-8 hours 
 
Theory 8:30 – 12:00 
Practice 12:30 – 16:00 
 
Training time may vary depending on the number of candidates.
