What is an employee screening (industry test)?
In the simplest terms, a screening service can be described as an assessment of a worker’s skills.
Our service of checking the knowledge and skills of scaffolders is a response to the demand of companies employing such specialists. It consists of a thorough verification of theoretical and practical knowledge related to scaffolding construction.
Thanks to our method, you will also get information about the teamwork skills or commitment to the tasks of the job candidate or employee.
We check the skills of employees (scaffolders) for companies.
Checking and assessing the skills of scaffolding candidates is a service mainly aimed at companies employing scaffolders in the Netherlands and other countries.
From the very beginning, we have been assisting scaffolding companies in the recruitment process and in the evaluation of employees.
Our service can be seen as a reliable way of vetting a scaffolder before hiring or, for example, giving a raise.

The price of the scaffolder screening service includes:
- a skills and aptitude check

The professional test of an employee lasts 1 day.
The practical classes to which we attach the greatest importance are 7.5 hours, and the verification of theoretical knowledge is 30 minutes.
Anyone appearing for our industry test must be at least 18 years of age and have valid identification.
Candidates for the course must be fully physically and mentally fit. This means that individuals with missing or impaired limbs cannot participate in the training. Participants must have full physical ability to safely and effectively operate this type of machinery.

Have you built scaffolding in another country but lack Dutch qualifications? Verify your knowledge and skills. After taking an industry test, you will receive a written report allowing you to validate your skills in front of an employer.
