What is BHV?
It is a Dutch abbreviation (bedrijfshulpverlening) and means a first aider or rescue service on company premises. In simple terms, it is a fire fighting course and an EHBO (Eerste Hulp Bij Ongelukken) course, i.e. first aid to victims of accidents. You can take a course in the Netherlands, also in English. Each company should have a person trained in safe evacuation, firefighting and first aid.
BHV courses organized at the Bonapi Training Center are a great opportunity to improve your qualifications and take up a new job. BHV work is a very responsible role in your place of employment, so training in the language appropriate for you will help you prepare for it as best as possible. The course is divided into fire fighting and first aid (EHBO course also in English). At the BHV course in the Netherland we will teach you the rules of safe and organized evacuation in the event of an emergency. In addition, as a BHV, you will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about extinguishing fires, sources of ignition, types of extinguishers suitable for particular classes of fires and dangerous situations associated with it, for example, heavy smoke in the room. The BHV training also includes a first aid course, necessary to help people injured in accidents, as well as in random situations. You will learn how to apply a bandage professionally and safely, how to act in the case of various diseases, e.g. during an epilepsy attack. This is an important thing not only in your workplace, but also in general, so it is worth attending the BHV Course.

What is BHV training?
After completing the BHV (first aid training), you are trained in emergency situations in your workplace. Each employer must ensure that a person with BHV qualifications is always on the premises in case of an emergency. People with qualifications know how to behave in a situation threatening the life or health of employees.
These permissions are valid for 2 years. After this time, it is necessary to start training again.
