WORK AT HEIGHT
If you work or intend to start working at height, you should know how to act so as not to pose a threat to yourself and your colleagues. To prepare you well for work, we have created specialized training for high-altitude workers. During the training, you will learn, among others, how to assess the existing risk and minimize it, as well as how to properly use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Training to work at height in the Netherlands
Each country has its own guidelines on safety rules. The rules you have learned while working in other countries are not always exactly the same as in the Netherlands. To do your job properly, you need to know, among other things, Dutch legislation, rules of conduct in certain situations and precautions. You will also learn how to properly fasten yourself with a safety lines and how to behave in the event of an accident.
Training at height is ideal for people working on scaffolding, roofs, building renovation, booms and ladders. We discuss important aspects such as the wind force allowed during operation, the condition and checking of personal protective equipment and work permits, as well as organize practical activities.

Training in working at height lasts 1 day and consists of three elements:
- Theoretical training
- Practical training
- Examination
Each participant must be at least 18 years old and have a valid identity document (ID card or passport).
Note: A driver’s license is not a valid ID.
Each participant should have with them harness and lines to work at heights, as well as a helmet and safety boots.
Training and exam in work at height is conducted in the following languages:

Work at heights – training also in your language
In response to the high demand for qualified employees from abroad, we organized training in many languages. When preparing for work, we should not have any doubts about how to proceed, and the course in your native language will present all the rules clearly and understandably.
After completing the course, we conduct an exam. After passing it, you receive a Dutch certificate and a plastic card with the certificate number. All in one day!
