What are the forklift operator training/courses and exams like at Bonapi Training Center?
Forklift operator training courses at Bonapi Training Center are conducted in the following languages:

To enroll in the training, you need a valid ID document (ID card or passport) and must be at least 18 years old. A driving license is not required for participation in the training or the exam.
The forklift operator training courses consist of both theoretical and practical parts. A training day starts with delicious coffee and getting acquainted with the instructor and the other participants. Then, we move on to theory, where you will be taught about:

Forklift operator training courses conclude with both theoretical and practical exams, conducted internally by Bonapi Training Center.
The theoretical exam is conducted on a laptop and lasts 35 minutes, consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions. To pass, you need to achieve a minimum of 70% correct answers. The practical exam involves performing specific tasks, assigned by the examiner.

Forklift certificate and credentials
Successful completion of both exams signifies obtaining credentials to operate forklifts in the Netherlands. This is confirmed by a certificate and a plastic card, issued immediately after passing the practical exam, allowing you to start working on forklifts the next day.
However, after receiving the certificate and card, trainees should not hand over the original documents to their employer; a copy or scan will be sufficient. Additionally, you must carry the plastic card with you at all times during work, to prove your credentials in case of inspections by the Dutch Labour Inspection (Arbeidsinspectie).
Remember! The certificate is valid for 5 years. Before it expires, you must attend a refresher course, which is shorter and cheaper. Otherwise, when the certificate has expired, you’ll need to undergo forklift operator training and exams all over again.
