Sales B2B / B2C Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to help grow Bonapi’s vocational training sales across both B2B and B2C markets. The role includes actively acquiring new customers, developing long-term relationships with companies, and advising clients on courses, exams and employee certification options.

• actively selling B2B and B2C courses, training programs and exams
• acquiring new business clients and developing existing customer relationships
• communicating with companies, recruitment agencies and individual clients
• preparing training proposals and commercial offers
• following up on sales leads by phone and email
• advising clients on the most suitable training courses and certifications
• working with CRM systems and keeping sales data up to date
• cooperating with the marketing, administration and planning teams
• achieving agreed sales targets

• experience in B2B sales, B2C sales or customer service
• strong communication skills and the ability to conduct sales conversations
• results-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
• ability to work independently and stay well organized
• confidence in using the phone, email and CRM systems

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week.
• Work from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on the role and training schedule.
