Founder & Owner
Piotr is the founder and driving force behind Bonapi; he is responsible for the company’s growth, new projects and its long-term vision.
Director of Finance and Administration
Nicole is responsible for Bonapi’s finance, administration and organisational support. She oversees accounting, financial planning, procurement and logistics, ensuring the company runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Operations Director
Katarzyna is Bonapi’s Chief Operating Officer. She oversees the company’s operations in the Netherlands, is responsible for the development of the Polish branch in Gliwice, and ensures smooth collaboration between teams.
Administration / IPAF Instructor
On a day-to-day basis, Paweł is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the administration department and for the development of Bonapi Safety Shop. He also delivers IPAF training as an instructor.
Planner / Administration
Maciej plans training courses and works closely with private and business clients. He coordinates the course timetables, organises DNV and Hulpmonteur 2.0 training courses, and ensures a smooth enrolment process.
IT Specialist / Process Automation / IPAF Trainer
Wojciech is our man for new technologies. He is an IT specialist who manages Bonapi’s website, systems and all digital aspects of the company’s operations.
Marketing Specialist
Amanda is our marketing specialist, who passionately combines creativity with the latest trends. She is responsible for creating promotional content, planning advertising campaigns and building the Bonapi brand image.
IPAF / SOG Department
Cezary is one of Bonapi’s key operational figures. He is responsible for planning and booking exams, as well as administering IPAF and SOG courses. He effortlessly combines organisational skills with practical technical knowledge.
VCA / SCC / BHV Department
Arina is the heart of the VCA, SCC and BHV departments. On a day-to-day basis, she coordinates client communications, schedules and books exams, and prepares all documentation relating to VCA courses in Polish, Lithuanian, Russian and English.
Forklift, IPAF & Telehandler Instructor
Arkadiusz is an indispensable forklift truck instructor – he runs training courses on forklift trucks, reach trucks and EPTs. Always good-humoured yet professional, he is able to convey practical skills in an accessible way.
