Administration / IPAF Instructor
On a day-to-day basis, Paweł is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the administration department and for the development of Bonapi Safety Shop. He also delivers IPAF training as an instructor.
Paweł is convinced that the best results are achieved through good teamwork. He is able to coordinate the team’s work effectively, but he is not the sort of person who manages solely from behind a desk – he is keen to get involved in day-to-day tasks and lend a hand wherever needed. It is precisely this approach that ensures the administration and Bonapi Safety Shop run smoothly, allowing the team to focus on achieving their shared goals.
