She combines firmness with a warm and collaborative approach to people. She sets a clear direction, ensures the quality of the work carried out and effectively motivates the team to take action. However, she does so in such a way that responsibilities are not perceived as mere orders, but as a shared goal worth achieving.

On a day-to-day basis, she oversees the organisation of Bonapi’s work in the Netherlands and coordinates the development of the branch in Gliwice. She monitors the progress of projects, supports staff and ensures that agreements do not remain merely on paper. Thanks to her consistency, good organisational skills and ability to work with people, she is able to maintain order even when there is a great deal going on at the same time.
