Perfectionism and a technical approach are Cezary’s hallmarks. During IPAF and SOG training courses, he pays attention to every detail, because he knows that when working at height or operating machinery, there is no room for guesswork or half-measures. He demands a great deal from trainees, but above all from himself. He is also responsible for preparing Bonapi for key certification audits, such as ISO, IPAF and SOG, where his meticulousness, composure and attention to detail play a crucial role. It is thanks to his consistency and vast knowledge that participants acquire skills which continue to pay dividends long after the training has ended.
