How long does the forklift training last?

The forklift training lasts one day. It includes theoretical training, practical training, as well as a theoretical and practical exam.

What do I need to bring to the forklift training?

You must bring a valid ID card or passport and safety footwear. The training center provides helmets, safety vests, and notebooks for participants.

How large are the groups during forklift training?

Training groups are divided by the language in which the course is conducted and do not exceed 8 participants. This ensures that each participant has enough time to absorb the material and practice driving a forklift.

Do I have to pass an exam to obtain a forklift certificate?

Yes, every participant must pass both the theoretical and practical exams in order to obtain the certificate.

How long are the forklift certificate and card valid?

Forklift certificates and cards are valid for 5 years . Before the expiration date, participants must complete a refresher course to renew their certification.

When will I receive my forklift certificate?

After passing the exam, you will receive a digital certificate . The certificate will be sent to the email address provided during registration within 24 hours .

Will I receive a plastic card (certificate in card format)?

By default, the certificate is issued only in digital form . A plastic card in the format of an ID card is not issued automatically . There is an option to order a plastic card for an additional fee , in accordance with the current price list. This option can be selected during the course.

Is it possible to obtain certification for three types of forklifts in one day?

Yes, the combined training for three types of forklifts (front forklift, reach truck, and EPT) is completed in one day.

Is it possible to take the forklift exam online?

No, the practical part of the training and the exams must take place at our training center in Spijkenisse. The theoretical part of the training can be completed online.

Is the forklift training conducted in Polish?

Yes, we conduct forklift training courses and exams in multiple languages, including Polish.

What is the difference between a standard forklift training and SOG forklift training?

SOG forklift training is intended for people working in high-risk environments , such as refineries and the petrochemical industry. Successfully completing SOG training results in an entry in the CDR register/system (https://cdr.ssvv.nl/nl-NL/ (https://cdr.ssvv.nl/nl-NL/)). A standard forklift certificate without registration allows the holder to operate forklifts in many workplaces, such as warehouses and logistics centers.

The side forklift (Reachtruck) course at Bonapi Training Center is a practical classroom-based training course designed for people who want to work safely and confidently in high-bay warehouses. The training is conducted at a relaxed pace, with an emphasis on the real skills needed in everyday work.

Classes are held on modern equipment, and trainees work under the constant supervision of an experienced instructor. A large number of practical exercises allow you to quickly gain confidence in maneuvering a reach truck, working on racks, and safely storing loads.

The course ends with a theoretical and practical exam. After passing it, the participant receives a digital certificate confirming the acquired qualifications. The training is available in several languages and takes place at the Bonapi Training Center in Spijkenisse.

To participate in the course, participants must:

be at least 18 years old,
have a valid identity document (ID card or passport),
be in good physical and mental condition,
wear safety footwear.

Please note: a driving licence is not considered a valid identity document.

The examination consists of two parts:

theoretical exam,

After successfully passing both parts, the participant receives a digital certificate, sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.
