The forklift training course lasts one day. It consists of theoretical and practical training, as well as a written and practical exam.

What do you need to bring with you to a forklift training course?

You must bring your ID card or passport and safety shoes to the training session. The training center provides helmets, vests, and notebooks to the trainees.

How large are the groups in forklift training courses?

Training groups are organized by the language in which the course is taught and are limited to no more than 8 people. This ensures that each participant has sufficient time to absorb the material and learn how to operate a forklift.

Do I need to pass a forklift operator certification exam?

Yes, every candidate must pass both a written and a practical exam to obtain the certificate.

How long are forklift certificates and licenses valid?

Forklift operator certificates and licenses are valid for 5 years. Before this period expires, you must enroll in a refresher course.

When will I receive my forklift operator certification?

After passing the exam, you will receive a digital certificate. The certificate will be sent to the email address you provided during registration within 24 hours.

Will I receive a plastic card (a card-based certificate)?

By default, the certificate is issued exclusively in digital form. A plastic card in the format of an ID card (such as a national ID card) is not issued automatically. You can order a plastic card for an additional fee, in accordance with the current price list. This option can be selected during the course.

Is it possible to get licenses for three types of vehicles in a single day?

Yes, the combined training course for three types of forklifts (front-loading, side-loading, and EPT) lasts one day.

Can you take the forklift operator exam online?

No, the practical portion of the training and the exams must take place at our training center in Spijkenisse. The theoretical portion of the training can be completed online.

Is the forklift training conducted in Polish?

Yes, we offer forklift training and certification in many languages, including Polish.

How does forklift training differ from SOG training?

The SOG forklift training course is designed for individuals working in high-risk environments, such as refineries and the petrochemical industry. Successful completion of the SOG training results in an entry in the CDR registry/system (https://cdr.ssvv.nl/nl-NL/). A forklift certificate without an entry in the registry entitles the holder to operate forklifts in many workplaces, such as warehouses.
