Arina

VCA / SCC / BHV Department

Arina is the heart of the VCA, SCC and BHV departments. On a day-to-day basis, she coordinates client communications, schedules and books exams, and prepares all documentation relating to VCA courses in Polish, Lithuanian, Russian and English.

For Arina, the most important thing is that every participant feels well prepared for the training and the exam. During her VCA courses, she focuses on conveying knowledge clearly, showing patience and taking a practical approach to issues relating to health and safety at work. Her calm demeanour, excellent organisational skills and ability to work with trainees from different countries mean that even those who are very nervous about the exam quickly gain confidence.
