Not every company starts with a business plan. Bonapi’s story began with a man who knew exactly what hard work meant.

Piotr grew up in a small town where honesty, a sense of duty and respect for work were part of everyday life. As a teenager, he left home to continue his education at a boarding school. This was his first step towards independence and taking responsibility for his own future.

After finishing school, he moved to the Netherlands. Like many Poles starting out abroad, he began at the very bottom – as an assistant scaffolder. He did manual labour, learnt the language, got to know his new surroundings and gained experience every day. It was then that he realised how important it is to have access to reliable knowledge, good training and people who can pass on practical skills.

It was also then that he met Nicole, his future wife. Together, they built a life in the Netherlands, started a family and set themselves new goals. Over time, the idea arose to use the experience he’d gained to create something of his own.

At the age of 30, Piotr set up his own business as a self-employed person. The early days were not easy. After work, he prepared materials, drew up plans, sought out clients and developed his vision step by step. There were moments of doubt, financial uncertainty and many sacrifices, but there was also a determination to create a company based on the values he himself had expected when he started working abroad.

This is how Bonapi Training Centre was born.

Today, Bonapi is a modern training centre which helps thousands of people every year to gain professional qualifications and advance their careers. The company is constantly growing, launching new areas of activity and opening further training centres, yet its foundation remains unchanged – practical knowledge, safety and respect for people.

Although Piotr no longer conducts training sessions, he continues to actively develop the company, meeting with business partners and setting the direction for its future growth. He believes that Bonapi’s greatest asset is its people – both those who make up the team and those who entrust their professional future to the company every day.
