As well as delivering training courses, Arkadiusz is also responsible for preparing the equipment used during the sessions and ensuring it is in good working order. He makes sure that every machine is properly set up for the exercises, so that participants can gain experience in safe and professional conditions. During the courses, he pays particular attention to the practical aspects of an operator’s work, sharing tips and solutions that are applicable in day-to-day work.
