Marketing Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a marketing specialist to help develop the Bonapi brand and market vocational training courses in the Netherlands. The role combines content marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, SEO and collaboration with the sales team.

• managing Bonapi’s social media channels
• creating content related to courses, vocational training and workplace safety
• preparing articles, newsletters and marketing materials
• creating simple graphics and video content
• supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• supporting SEO activities and optimizing training-related website content
• preparing materials for lead generation campaigns
• working with the sales team on the marketing and sales funnel
• working with the IT team on landing pages
• analyzing key marketing KPIs

• experience or practical knowledge of digital marketing
• ability to create content for websites and social media
• basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising or analytics will be an advantage
• creativity combined with a focus on measurable results
• good organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• interest in using AI and automation in marketing

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week.
• Work from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on the position and training schedule.
• Possibility of working overtime, depending on current operational needs.
