Trainings Scaffolding Instructor

We are looking for an experienced scaffolder who wants to use their practical industry knowledge as an instructor. The role combines delivering theoretical and practical training with preparing candidates for work and examinations in the scaffolding industry.

• delivering theoretical and practical training for scaffolders
• preparing participants for exams and professional certification
• conducting skills assessments and evaluating candidates’ practical abilities
• teaching the safe assembly, dismantling and use of scaffolding
• ensuring safety during practical training sessions
• preparing training materials, scaffolding structures and practical workstations
• cooperating with the planner, administration team and examiners
• supporting the organization and planning of scaffolding courses

• practical work experience as a scaffolder
• very good knowledge of scaffolding assembly procedures and workplace safety
• ability to communicate practical knowledge effectively
• strong sense of responsibility and a high level of safety awareness
• ability to work independently and stay well organized
• knowledge of Polish, Dutch and English is an advantage

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week.
• Work from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on the role and training schedule.
