Operational planning of training courses, programs and exams, including coordinating instructors, participants, training rooms and schedules to ensure the entire training process runs smoothly.

About the role
We are looking for someone to take responsibility for the operational planning of Bonapi’s training programmes, courses and examinations. The planner coordinates instructors, trainees, training rooms and available dates, ensuring that the entire training process runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- planning courses, training sessions and exams
- creating and updating instructor schedules
- coordinating the availability of training rooms, equipment and other training resources
- communicating with participants, clients and instructors
- responding to schedule changes and resolving day-to-day operational issues
- keeping data up to date in Bonapi systems
- coordinating the entire process from participant registration through to course and exam completion
- optimizing the use of available dates, instructors and training rooms

- proficiency in using computer systems
What we offer
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week.
- Work from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on the role and training schedule.
