The hybrid VIL VCU course allows you to prepare for the exam online without attending a full two-day classroom training.
Through our e-learning platform, you can systematically study the material and then take the official exam at our training center. This solution combines flexibility with formal certification.

The theoretical part is completed online – the learning pace depends on the participant.
The exam lasts 75 minutes and takes place on-site at our training center.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid form of identification (ID card or passport).
A driver’s license is not an accepted form of identification.
Proficiency in Dutch or English at Level B is required.
The VIL VCU course is taught in the following languages:

The center offers fully equipped examination rooms and professional training facilities.
The VIL VCU exam is administered in Dutch or English as a computer-based test at the Bonapi Training Center.
After passing the exam, you will receive a certificate and a card, and your information will be entered into the VCA Central Certificate Registry.
The certificate is mailed within 7 days or can be picked up in person.
Initial requirements:
Minimum age of 18 and a valid ID (passport or national ID card). Dutch language proficiency at minimum B level is required.
Who is this training for?
Owners and managers of temporary employment agencies who delegate employees to companies holding a VCA certificate.
Training goal
To obtain the VIL VCU certificate confirming compliance with Dutch Labour Law in the management, delegation, and supervision of employees.
