The VOL VCA certificate is a Dutch qualification intended for supervisors and managers. In the Netherlands, all personnel responsible for managing employees are required to hold this certificate.
Holding a VOL VCA certificate proves that you are familiar with applicable regulations and are able to recognise and prevent dangerous situations and incidents.

- Access to the e-learning platform,
- 1 day of theoretical training,
- a 60-minute exam.
Each participant must be at least 18 years old and have a valid identity document (passport or ID card).
A driving licence is not accepted as a valid identity document.
The VOL VCA course and exam are available in the following languages:
• English
• Dutch
• French
• German
The exam takes place in one of the following locations:
• Spijkenisse
• Ridderkerk
• Den Haag
The exam is conducted as a test and lasts 60 minutes.
After successfully passing, you will receive a digital certificate.
Initial requirements:
Minimum age of 18 and a valid identity document (passport or ID card). A driving licence is not accepted as a valid ID.
