If you have the necessary knowledge and experience, you can take the VIL VCU exam directly without attending a training course.
The exam allows you to officially certify your competence in managing and supervising employees seconded to VCA-certified companies.
The exam covers topics related to:
• Legal regulations
• Risk inventory and assessment (RI&E)
• The relationship between the client, the staffing agency, and the temporary worker
• Hazardous substances
• Fire and explosions
• Working with electricity
• Emergency situations
• The VCA certificate
• Tools and machinery
• Personal protective equipment
The exam lasts 75 minutes and is administered as a computer-based test.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid form of identification (ID card or passport).
A driver’s license is not an accepted form of identification.
Proficiency in Dutch or English at Level B is required.
The exam is administered in Dutch and English.

The exam is administered in Dutch or English as a computer-based test at the Bonapi Training Center.
After passing the exam, you will receive a certificate and a card.
You will also be entered into the Central VCA Certificate Registry.
The certificate is mailed within 7 days or can be picked up in person at our center.
Initial requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID (ID card or passport). Knowledge of Dutch at level B is required.
Who is this training for?
Owners and managers of temporary employment agencies who have the required knowledge and wish to take the VIL VCU exam directly.
Training goal
Obtaining the VIL VCU certificate confirming that the management, delegation, and supervision of employees comply with applicable labor law in the Netherlands.
