During the course, participants learn safe crane operation principles, the responsibilities of crane operators and riggers, and the practical aspects of handling loads.
The training combines theory and hands-on practice, ensuring that after completion, participants are prepared for independent work.

Course and exam duration:
• 1 day
• Theory – 3 hours
• Practice – 4 hours
Participants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid ID document (ID card or passport). Driving licences are not accepted as valid identification.
Full physical and mental fitness is required, as safe crane operation demands coordination, concentration and responsibility.
The overhead crane operator course is delivered in the following languages:
• Polish
• Dutch
• English
The training is delivered in-company at the client’s facility.
The training concludes with a theoretical and practical exam.
Passing both parts is required to receive the certificate.
Initial requirements:
Minimum age of 18 and a valid ID document (ID card or passport). Full physical and mental fitness required, with no medical contraindications for working as a crane operator or rigger.

Individuals working or planning to work as overhead crane (bovenloopkraan) operators or riggers in industrial plants, warehouses and production halls in the Netherlands.
