VIL VCU Course – 1-Day Training with Exam
Intensive 1-day VIL VCU course completed with a computer-based exam. Theoretical training for owners and managers of temporary employment agencies with registration in the VCA diploma register.

During the 1-day VIL VCU course, you will gain the knowledge required to properly manage and supervise employees delegated to VCA-certified companies.
The training focuses on employer responsibility, safety management, and applicable legal regulations. After completing the course and passing the exam, you will receive an official certificate confirming your qualifications.

The course lasts 1 day and consists exclusively of theoretical training.
• 8 hours of theoretical lessons
• 75-minute computer-based exam
Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid form of identification (ID card or passport).
A driver’s license is not an accepted form of identification.
Proficiency in Dutch or English at Level B is required.
The VIL VCU course is taught in the following languages:

The center provides fully equipped classrooms and professional training facilities.
The VIL VCU exam is administered in Dutch or English in the form of a computer-based test.
Upon passing the exam, you will receive a diploma certifying your qualifications and a card.
You will also be entered into the Central VCA Diploma Registry.
The diploma is mailed within 7 days or can be picked up at our center.
Initial requirements:
Minimum age of 18 and a valid ID (passport or national ID card). Dutch language proficiency at minimum B level is required.

Owners and managers of temporary employment agencies who delegate employees to companies holding a VCA certificate.
Training goal
To obtain the VIL VCU certificate confirming knowledge of management, delegation, and supervision of employees in accordance with applicable Dutch Labour Law.
